Abouttime Training was established in 2005 to provide a personal consultancy service to both public and private sector organizations. The principle consultant and owner is Ali Hysom. Ali works closely with organisations, taking the time to understand the business needs for training and development before developing a course. The course is then designed to meet the needs of the business as well as the needs of the individuals attending the course so that the organisation is able to see tangible results. Ali employs interactive workshop-based methodology when delivering training. Exercises and case studies are used to put new skills into practice and video work is often used so that individuals can see their own performance allowing them to make any changes. Courses can be designed to incorporate various tests of performance so that the organisation has a means of measuring the levels of knowledge and skill the delegates have adopted.
