Working with depression, anxiety, abuse, ralationships, bereavement and loss, general lack of confidence, work & employment difficulties ie role change, redundancy, promotion, pmt & post natal depression. Iam BACP acredited and work psychodynamically, with Cognitive Behaviuoral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness with Individuals, Couples and Adolescents. My fees for Individuals are 30-55 and couples 45-60. I ofer counselling Supervision at 35. Reduced rates for trainees.
