We offer a 48 hour will drafting service, by internet, telephone or home appointment(dependant upon location). You will initially contact us with your personal details and your will instruction, we will assess the content for any potential legal issues and arrange to call you within 48 hours to discuss them, and any alterations that may be needed to ensure your estate is properly protected. We will then draft your will and forward it on to you by post, along with our fact sheet on how to affect a legally binding execution. All of our will draftsman are LLb (hons) qualified. Our charges are £65 single will, £80 couple will with OAP wills discounted to £25 per single will and £35 per couple. We also offer an example will pack, including a draft will copy, our fact sheet on how to affect a legally binding execution, and a blank will copy, for £10 We cal also provide advice on probate and inhertance tax issues, charged per hour.
