Psuche consulting offers help for a range of difficulties, including depression, anxiety, grief, self-esteem, trauma, relationship and spiritual issues. Our therapists have been trained in a range of therapies, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic, Systemic and Person-centred approaches. Clients receive individualised treatments according to their particular needs and we regard therapy as collaborative effort, between both the client and the therapist. We are recognised clinical psychologists with a number of private health insurance providers. In addition, we provide individually tailored training to professionals in the field and have delivered training to qualified Psychologists on Doctor of Clinical Psychology programmes and to ordinands in training. Topics include Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Depression, Anxiety Disorders, Borderline Personality Disorder and Working with Spiritual Issues in Therapy. We also offer supervision and consultancy to a range of professionals (including counsellors, social workers, nurses, psychologists and church leaders).
