Hammet Street Consultants is a recently opened practice, located in central Taunton, which provides specialist, tailored psychological assessment, treatment and consultancy. We are open to individuals, organisations and other professionals. We are one of the very few practises locally that offers Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), a treatment indicated for a range of difficulties including trauma, phobias, anxiety and depression. We also provide Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), child and family therapy, psychotherapy and in addition to this, clinical supervision and training. All of our consultants have nationally recognised qualifications and have many years of experience in the NHS and private sector. We are registered AXA PPP and BUPA providers. Our service is confidential and can usually offer an appointment within two weeks of referral.
