Each cartridge is first tested for any circuitry problems. 2. A cleaning solution is then injected into the cartrige. 3. The cartridge s then placed into a centrafugal machine and the remaining ink and cleaning soluton is evacuated. (Any ink remaining in the cartride will impair the quality of the cartridge. 4. The cartridge is the refilled using product specific inks (we do not use universal inks or toners any of our remanufcatured or refilled products)under vacuum in our new state of the art refilling machine. 5. The cartridge is print tested on our new testing equipment. 6. The cartridge is then steam cleaned, if a replacment chip is required it is fitted, th cartridge is then packaged for the customer. How do we Remanufacture a Laser Toner Cartridge. 1. The toner cartridge is diassembled. 2. The toner cartridge is cleaned usng the latest equipment available.(Inadiquate cleaning could result in impaired quality to the cartridge). 3. All worn parts are replaced, these could include, the OPC drum, wiper blades, doctor blades, bushes, gears and chips. 4. The cartridge is refilled using the cartridge specific toner. 5. The cartridge is always 100% tested before it leaves our Wrexham Premises. 6. The cartridge is then relabelled and packagd for the customer.
