Crown Kindergartens is an open-plan 28 place private family-run day nursery that has been caring for children since 1974. We are open between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm from Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) all year around and can offer a range of flexible sessions which can be tailored to meet the needs of all families with young children. We are registered and approved by OFSTED for our quality of care and pre-school education for children between the ages of one and five years. We are delighted that our setting has been recognised by Ofsted with all ‘good’ and ‘outstanding’ areas of provision. Our nursery is located in a quiet, secure, residential area in the heart of Wimbledon on one fifth of an acre of land. Our garden has been divided into four split-level ‘play zones’, all made fully secure with high wooden fences surrounding the entire garden. Low wooden sleepers have been installed towards the back of the garden for those children simply wishing to sit and watch the world go by. We are conveniently situated within walking distance of Wimbledon mainline and underground stations. We have special parking arrangements to allow for safe ‘drop off’ and collection of your child/children.
