Total Body Personal Training offers mobile personal training services to clients living in Fareham and the surrounding areas. I have just graduated from Southampton Solent University with a BA (Hons) in Fitness and Personal Training. My degree enables me to specialise in many different areas, from nutrition and weight management to sports conditioning and special conditions training. I offer 30 minute or 1 hour sessions, with discounts applied to block bookings. All equipment is brought to your home, workplace or any other convinient location and used to provide fun and effective training sessions. A free 45 minute consultation is also used before training comenses to establish currect fitness levels and goals wishing to be achieved.
