A Naming Ceremony is a lovely way to welcome a new baby into your community of family and friends. As an alternative to a traditional Christening, the Naming Ceremony can be tailored to reflect your individual wishes and beliefs. Laura Read, Celebrant, will plan the ceremony in advance with you then conduct the ceremony at any venue of your choice e.g village hall, hotel or your own home. She also conducts bespoke Wedding Ceremonies, Renewals of Vows and Funeral Ceremonies. Each ceremony is unique and may include poetry, candle lighting and music. The ceremony can be non-religious (humanist) or include a prayer or blessing if you wish. It is entirely up to you.
