PIP (Pursuing Independent Paths) is a voluntary not for profit organization, supporting people with learning disabilities in West London. PIP focuses on developing individual transition packages for its young members, focusing on developing the neccessary key skills and experiences to adopt to and manage in adult life. These key skills are primarily support to access further education, work skills development and support to access volutary and paid jobs, support to develop independent travel training skills (on public transport in London) and emotional and social development. This learning is provided in a unique individual holistic support package, developed with each service user.
