DEVA - Training that works Jill Simpson set up her own training consultancy, DEVA, in 1996, and has worked with large and small organisations throughout the UK and overseas, advising on, and supporting all aspects of business focused learning and development. Jill takes a practical approach to training in business, focusing on identifying the skills and knowledge needed, and working with organisations to design and deliver sustainable people development programmes. Jill designs and delivers customised training programmes for presentation and networking skills, training of trainers, confident management communication and time management. Jill specialises in the training of trainers and assessors and verifiers to support the implementation of work-based qualifications.
