Pussycat Poles is now offering Pole dancing classes at Topnotch Health Club Maidstone. This is fitness made fun and flirty. Poledance can improve your upper body strength and tone your core muscles. This is also great for confidence building. This is an 8 week course in which you learn a series of beginner and intermediate pole moves which you will put together into a dance. Next Beginners course starts: Tuesday 9th February at 6.30pm & 7:30pm Next Advanced course starts: Thursday 11th February at 7.30pm Next Advanced Plus/Platinum course starts Wednesday 10th February at 7.30pm To book your place call Emma on: 07944 869 698 There are maximum 15 spaces in each course. Please wear shorts and T-shirt so you can grip the pole (there is no stripping involved.) Also try to go without moisturiser on the day of your class as this can make gripping the pole very tricky.
