The cost is built into the call process. 2 The Market Place: Business-to-Business calls are genuinely more effective from Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, between the hours of 10am-1200am and 2pm-4pm. Mondays are good days to conduct callbacks with people & Friday to confirm and close business appointments/ transactions. Business to Consumer calls are very different in that evenings Monday to Thursday are more productive between the hours of 6pm –9pm with a provision to call-back clients at 12am-2pm lunchtimes. Mobiles are genuinely good but have a different priority (style) of contact as where home phones are more intrusive if not conducted in a courteous manner. 3 Labour: We spend time on the phone ‘spring-cleaning’ your customer data, or calling from a database of choice and opening doors into appointments, new businesses & developments for your own business, products & services etc. To see how the project or job will pan out, and give you an insight to possible results should we continue to call for you, we conduct an initial trial first hour. It will allow you to see how we achieve the results for you, and you will get to critique the call process in the form of a script, thus allowing you to fine tune your message that we then deliver to your potential future clients/ customers. The hourly cost is £27.50 per hour; pay one hour get one hour. Time is otherwise booked in blocks ½ days’ (2hrs) minimum to full days (4hrs). Ongoing projects will get discounted terms. 4 Training & Development; We specialise in developing personnel in either one to one personal tutoring in telemarketing or we have two courses for team & group training. 1/ The half day (2 ½ hr) intensive course ‘The proper use of the phone’ & the full day informative ‘Telephone Excellence’ Both of these will give you insights that will change the way you win & keep business by the use of the telephone. These are run on a regular basis. 5 Production & Development option/ incentive; Priced per lead/ appointment or sale generated to the task set out (your specific requirements to a successful contact for your business). This is also the ongoing development of the business once the main task is completed. What we like to call ‘Idea Fluency’. With some calls/ jobs we find that we will still come across interested parties in your product or service while conducting other calls into businesses, products or services. You may also find that once the door was opened to a business, they come through at a later date.
