Williams Hortor
Ware, Herefordshire, SG12 8HQ
“Williams Hortor is a small friendly practice, passionate about achieving fair outcomes for its clients. Hands on, detailed and personable, our lawyers get to know you, your business and the problem in detail before advising on the best way forward. If you are a business, we are sometimes able to identify a trend of events which points to a root problem, and then assist you by suggesting practical steps to tackle it and minimise the likelihood of it recurring. Alternatives to Litigation And for us, it’s not just about achieving a legal solution. Often the best solutions are those agreed between the parties (or their representatives) without having to go to the court or tribunal which is why we believe in alternative dispute resolution such as negotiating settlements and mediation. From the outset we will give you information on the rates which apply to your matter, what is payable at each stage (where relevant) We offer a mixture of fixed and hourly rates, some of which are paid in stages.and a rough estimate of the total cost of your matter. This will enable you to determine your financial commitment at an early stage, and to budget and set a limit on the costs which you are prepared to incur.”
