Taking a complex system and simplifying it in to a simple step by step process provides the employer with a modern recruitment solution that removes HR staff training costs alongside providing a universal service for all candidates, including the disabled and the elderly to access, at little to no cost.
So how does it all work?
It’s pretty simple! Employers register with us by logging on to the website. They are then able to access their control panel, purchase their vacancy tokens, post their vacancies straight away and receive complete interviewing portability using any Skype enabled handset or device.
As soon as the vacancy is posted it becomes live on our ‘Jobs Board’ for candidates to apply to the employer direct.
Once an application is received the Employer is informed by Email and the Candidate’s application information is added to their control panel.
The employer can then read the candidate’s details including: CV & References. Before clicking ‘Send Candidate interview request’ where they then provide a date and time for their online appointment, which is sent direct to the candidate using an automated email to the Candidates registered email address.
If the candidate accepts the appointment the interview will be booked to both the employer and candidate’s online calendar.
Come the time and date of the interview the employer simply logs on to their account, clicks ‘Call Candidate via Skype’ and hey presto the two parties are connected.
Once the interview is concluded the employer and the candidate are then able to take their after interview notes.
All employer and candidate data is stored on the SKYPEAJOB servers, removing the requirement for multiple software packages. As well as reducing the burden of any additional administration.
Our prices are set at a fixed rate per vacancy with a 30% discount available for companies purchasing 10 or more vacancy tokens at one time .
