Legalisation is a process by which papers are confirmed as authentic in their country of origin so that overseas organisations or authorities will accept them.
In order to have a UK issued/created document apostilled, it must bear either;
The signature/stamp of a uk government official/department
A solicitor or notary public (which we can provide)
A court stamp
All countries in the hague convention will accept documents with an apostille certificate, non convention countries (e.g. UAE, Qatar) will need further legalisation by their uk embassy, which we can arrange for you.
