Emotional Freedom/Empowerment: EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is an amazing process that can alleviate the most traumatic emotional experiences. Tony has supported hundreds of clients with the most debilitating issues using this approach, and though there can be no guarantees, EFT effectively resolves these issues quickly, and painlessly. The empowerment that people experience in around 95% of the time is remarkable. And as with all our services, if people do not get the relief, or change that they want, there will be no charge.
Stress Management/Work-Life Balance: Stress can be one of the most debilitating experiences that the individual, or organisation can have. On a personal level it can interfere with work performance, relationships, social life and physical/mental health, and this is by no means a definitive list. Organisations can also develop these issues, and it can affect the ''health'' of the company, or agency. Time lost in absenteeism, or staff turnover is a major impact alone, however, the functioning and reputation of the organisation which may have taken many years to create can also suffer.
We work with clients to offer support from management to front line and shop floor operations level to raise awareness and develop strategies to alleviate and manage stress in the workplace.
Relaxation Workshops: We offer relaxation workshops as part of corporate, development, or agency away days. These workshops can be run throughout the day/event as a brief introduction to the art of relaxation, where people can experience the power of relaxation and gain an understanding of the amazing benefits to health, well-being and professional performance. We can design workshop itineraries to meet all event requirements.
Team Building/Working/Coaching: A functional team/workforce is the foundation of any organisation. Most organisations actually have the resources available to them to operate effectively, although there is often opportunity for improved functioning.
We will work with your team/s to align them with the organisations core values and vision. And to promote effective communication, motivation and commitment to the vision and success of the organisation.
Project Development: Most organisations know that change is a normal part of its growth and development. Innovation is often an important aspect in their success, and sometimes calls for strategic approaches in order to meet new needs or markets.
We can work with your managers and team/s to develop a creative approach to change, and development. We can support your managers and team/s to consider the need for change in innovative ways that are realistically achievable and time structured. Integral to this approach is the alignment of organisational principles, values and vision .
One to One Coaching: The coaching relationship empowers the client to identify, and set realistic and achievable goals, or, specific changes in their life/career. The sessions are structured to examine the details of change/goals and map out the route to successful and desired outcomes.
One to One Counselling: The Counselling option for our clients can offer support to resolve personal issues that interfere with quality of life. As with all our services this approach is a confidential relationship, and can support client to move on from limiting beliefs and life choices that no longer serve them.
