We aim to promote local produce, mixing great Scottish cuisine with flavours of Europe. Wherever possible our ingredients are local. Fish from local boats; meat and game from our local butcher, Ewan Morrice in Stuartfield; Cheeses from Craigmyle and Bruckley.
We have a rolling seasonal menu, filled with delights such as; Whole Prawns, Andalucian Chicken, Sirloin Steak from local farms and Chocolate & Ginger Terrine with Cinnamon Ice Cream.
