At Wellbeing Fitness we specialise in providing quality, individual one-to-one fitness training sessions and small group exercise classes. When we say personal we mean personal! Your personal training session will take place in our fully equipped gym to be used exclusively by you and your trainer during a one hour session. No-one else will use the gym during your session which means we are able to create a relaxed and personal atmosphere that really will make you feel at ease. Our group exercise classes include Beginners Keep Fit ''Taster'' Class, Indoor Cycling, Circuit Training, Body Conditioning, Pilates and Yoga and we also offer buddy sessions where you can train with a friend so, if you''re feeling lethargic, lacking in energy or are generally unfit then we should have something for you.
