Anne Jordan is a Personal Trainer specialising in Pilates and Kettlebells. Sessions are 45 minute long and are run on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Anne also provides general fitness circuit training once a week. Anne also gives 1 hour (minimum) private sessions throughout the local area. Established in 2005, the business is based in Potton (Sandy).
Anne has been teaching Pilates sessions in Potton and around the Bedfordshire area since 2005. She started off studying Anatomy and Physiology, then went on to become a Gym Instructor and finally decided to specialise in Pilates. Anne is also a qualified Kettlebell Instructor.
In her previous life Anne was a Human Resources Consultant for Dell Computers. However, after having 2 children she decided it was time for a career change and here she is. Anne has lived in Potton for 8 years although originally hails from the west coast of Ireland.
Pilates: These 45 minute sessions concentrate on muscle control and teach breathing and how to control the body through a series of low impact exercises. Courses run every Tuesday and Thursday mornings and also Thursday evenings.
Kettlebells: A cannonball with a handle is used to deliver an all in one strength and cardio workout. These sessions last for 45 minutes and are run on a Thursday in the evening and are designed to help burn fat, build up high levels of cardio fitness and phenomenal gains in strength.
Circuit Training: Incorporates both Pilates and Kettlebells. Sessions are on Thursday evenings and last 45 minutes. These are an excellent way to build and maintain a good level of general fitness.
