Pole-Da-Cise offer Pole Dance Excercise classes to women of all ages shapes and sizes. We have two large studios with 12 poles. We do not pole share and you get the full hour with no mixed ability in class.
Our senior instructors have over 5 years of teaching experience and continue to go through regular training.
Pole dancing for fitness means no nudity and no heels this is an excercise class with a fun and safe environment that allows us to build strength and confidence.
We offer pole paties and yearly cabaret events for charity.
