I am based in the Harrogate area working with a range of clients, from beginners to sports people and athletes. I work with clients to create an exercise schedule and diet plan to reach their targets, I have the reputation for achieving results with a fun and relaxed method. I train people over long term training schedules to help them lose weight, feel healthier and develop sports fitness for marathon training, golf and skiing. I also have clients for 6-12 weeks at a time to help them lose weight or look better for special occasions such as weddings or holidays. I have over 10 years industry experience as a fully qualified and accredited personal trainer through Premier Training Ltd. I have worked with clients to achieve weight loss, increase muscular strength, run marathons, compete in triathlons and recover from heart attacks. When you lack the motivation to exercise my expertise can help you to achieve your targets. Services Personal training helps those who lack the motivation, knowledge or confidence to train effectively. Personal training can take place in a gym in the Harrogate area, at your home or in the great outdoors. You decide the most convenient place for you. I will help structure your lifestyle to help you achieve your target. This includes a tailored exercise schedule that will be prescribed to stimulate body and mind and de-crease boredom. I will provide nutritional advice to ensure you adopt good habits and maintain these habits throughout. Sports conditioning Weight loss Endurance training Ante Natal Exercise Toned muscles Personal Training: £35 per session or block booking 10 for £315 A 1 to 1 based session that tailors for the individuals'' goals and fitness level. You’ll get all the motivation and expert knowledge you need to stride towards your goal. An initial consultation is free of charge and is a great way to see if personal training is for you. It will include a comprehensive assessment of your health and fitness to ensure there are no under lying health conditions. Group sessions: £20 per person If the 1 to 1 approach isn’t for and you’d prefer to exercise in a group of friends or work colleagues and help to reduce the cost then this option is for you. Have a planned exercise session at your home, work place or outside. Suitable for 2 - 4 people exercising between 2-5 times per week. Home based sessions: £45 includes 1 session and a 4-week exercise programme This is ideal for those people who go to the gym or exercise by themselves at home but need a little more help to keep them on track to achieving their goals. I will spend an hour with you once a month to ensure you’re doing as you should be and to assign a new exercise programme. Nutrition and weight management: £15 per diet plan / £45 diet plan and exercise session Exercise isn’t always enough to help people lose weight. Reducing calorie intake or modifying your diet is sometimes needed. Alternatively if you’re training at a high level you need to ensure you’re fuelling your body correctly for optimal performance. This package will help to identify where you’re going wrong in your diet and give you advice to eat healthily helping you to look and feel great.
