Alex is a personal life coach, based in South London. He has completed his Post Graduate Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring, and is currently working towards his MA Coaching and Mentoring at Oxford Brooks University, a course accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). As well as being taught a wide range of coaching methodologies through theory and practice, Alex has also undergone coaching supervision, as governed by the university''s coaching standards, to ensure a high level of coaching quality and support. Because of this you receive established coaching methods that have helped thousands of people gain clarity, overcome their struggles and achieve success. Alex has previously worked in Management through to Human Resources and Training and Development, leading him onto Personal Life Coaching as a specialism.
Alex focuses on the twenty something''s journey as he feels he can use his own experiences dealing with questions about himself, his career and relationships as explored in My Story. From these he began to realise that the challenges he faced during this rite of passage were shared by many others. He now coaches both men and women in their late teens, twenties and early thirties, to help explore the positions they find themselves in now, and where they would rather be. Although Alex specialises with the twenty-something''s journey, the skills he has amassed can help a variety of people from different ages and backgrounds to gain clarity on their lives, helping to realise dreams and work towards them with energy, enthusiasm and passion.
Through discussion, listening, insightful questioning and thoughtful reflection Alex will assist you to explore your options and design a strategy for positive change; that will help you to gain more confidence and self belief in the decisions that you make.
