Hoopy Loopy are offering Adult Hula Hooping Classes from ages 15-100. New Beginners Course starting Tuesday 13th April at Surfleet Village Hall, Spalding, Lincolnshire, 7.30-8.30pm. This is a six week progressive course, prepayment of ?30 for complete course. All shapes and sizes welcome, we teach a forwards push and sideways hooping motion. Starting Tuesday 13th April at Surfleet Village Hall, Spalding, Lincolnshire, 9.30-10.30am. Drop-In Hula Hooping Classes, ?5 per class. This is for those that have completed the Beginners Course but want to practice, socialise and hone their skills and for new people that are unable to commit to a six-week course. Hula Hooping is a fun way to exercise and socialise. It''s something that bit different and great if you don''t like attending gyms or are just starting to return to exercise or already exercise! In fact it''s great for anyone. Both classes have two qualified, insured instructors.
