Feel Great offers personal training with a qualified female personal trainer in a well equipped private fitness room located in Bancyffordd, about 2 miles from Llandysul. With Feel Great you will learn new exercises, safe technique and good nutrition and your confidence will begin to soar, you’ll look good, reduce body fat, and get an overall “feel great factor” which comes from having more energy and improved health, and alongside this, you will improve your bone health and reduce the chances of heart disease. You’ll do a number of different types of exercise so you’ll stay interested, have fun and achieve results, all at times scheduled at your own convenience. Activities can include strength training, functional fitness, cardiovascular training, walking, jogging, mountain biking, agility, balance, flexibility training and much more, depending of course on your own preferences and targets. Corrective exercise and core training are my specialist areas, using strength training to overcome injury, low back pain and poor posture
