Bored of repetitive gym training, there?s always a solution and for me it was Field based exercise sessions. Being outdoors and exercising was something I relished and the workouts were more enjoyable without the need for big expensive gym equipment and fees.
I mix and match outdoor and home personal training. For example I can meet you at your home and go for a local jog, walk or cycle then finish off with some body toning exercises using Swiss/medicine ball/dumbbells etc.
I am available from 6am to 9pm.
Range of prices on offer depending on group sizes and packages, customer loyalty offers (the more session you book the cheaper the sessions will become)
