Vida Sports Massage

I am a registered practitioner holding a BTEC diploma in Sports and Remedial Massage from the London School of Sports Massage, as well as the ITEC certificate in Swedish and Holistic Massage. I belong to the Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage, a professional body requiring a formal code of practice and a very high level of training. To be a member of the ISRM we must obtain the BTEC level 5 which is the highest in the UK. We must also actively participate in continued professional development (CPDs) to keep learning and keep up with any new innovations. Whilst always professional, I believe in focusing on a personal and friendly approach so that clients have a good experience both physically and psychologically. At my studio in Warlingham I like people to feel unhurried to experience the relaxed and peaceful setting that these beautiful countryside surroundings bring. It is extremely important to me that each person feels like an individual and not a number, and most importantly that the treatment helps. You certainly don''t need to be sporty to come for a "sports" massage! These days our lives are so stressful and busy that many people choose a deep or sports massage to really get to the heart of the tension.
