Pilates is a method of body conditioning which strengthens the body from the inside out, rebalancing the muscle groups and improving posture, strength, muscle tone, flexibility and overall muscle function. It targets the core stabilising muscles of the torso which support the spine, strengthening them through controlled, thoughtful movement exercises and encouraging better movement patterns.
My classes are flowing, dynamic and fun with particular emphasis on alignment, attention to detail and release of tension. All ages and levels of experience welcome.
Wednesdays: 6-7pm beginners
Saturdays: 11am-12 mixed level
