Brownhills Memorial Hall or "The Memo" as it is affectionately known locally was first built in 1927 for the people of Brownhills to commemorate the young men who lost their life during the war.
Now The Memo is run by a group of volunteers as a non profit charitable organisation. It is available for hire and provides an ideal venue for a range of events and conferences. Although we are not licensed, we can provide bar facilities if the hirer so wishes.
There is also a vibrant events calander as The Memo each year,
The Main Hall has a large dance floor, stage, catering facilities and a small eating area. All of these facilities are included in the hire charge.
The "Lichfield Suite" on the upper floor can be accessed by stairs or by lift, this venue is ideal for smaller events. There is a catering area but unfortunately bar facilities cannot be provided in The Lichfield Suite.
