Fire Risk Assessment The law states that every business should carry out a Fire Risk Assessment in accordance with HSE guidelines and that it should be carried out by a *competent person and it should also be reviewed and updated continuously. It should be updated following any change in premises, processes or the number of people employed. It is good to review it at intervals not exceeding 12 months. * Competent is defined as someone who has the experience, knowledge skills or other qualities to carry out the task (Remember if you carry out the Fire Risk Assessment in house, all the liability lies with you) By using UK Fire Prevention you will have peace of mind knowing that you are compliant with the Fire Safety Legislation and current British Standards. We will evaluate the risk specific to your business, staff and premises and, advise you how to reduce or remove the risk. Our fire risk assessment costs are: Prices from 99 (for premises up to 1000sq ft) Prices from 239 (for premises 1000sq ft 40,000sq ft) 40,000sq ft + POA High Risk Premises POA Prices exclude VAT Your Report: A comprehensive written report is provided to help you complete the actions identified to minimise fire risk and show compliance with your legal and insurance obligations A priority action list will be enclosed which will help get your premises safe and up to standard Fully complies with legislation Our Fire Risk Assessment carries professional indemnity to give you total peace of mind Paper copy and also electronic copy Fire regulations in the workplace are just one of the many considerations businesses need to be aware of when looking at their commercial fire risks.
