The majority of diets and exercise regimes fail simply because we do not enjoy them, or we love them to start with, but become bored & lose interest over time and start lapsing back into old habbits, and not exercising as much as we promised ourselves.
We encourage you by exercising with you, taking part in the same sport, whether its a cycle ride, walking or jogging. Over a coffee, and a chat about your lifestyle, what kind of work that you do, or if you stay at home, what your daily routine is, and how simply starting with your own routine, you will discover ways to exercise at your own pace.
Do you enjoy sport? There are many people who simply do not enjoy sport, their not footie fans, or rugby fanatics, do you prefer sports that are a little bit more easier of pace? Such as snooker, pool, darts etc? Whatever sport(s) you enjoy taking part in, or activities you enjoy with your friends, family or colleagues. What kind of fun do you like to have? Most importantly what are the exercises and foods you don''t enjoy.
The key is to find things that you enjoy doing that are healthy and explore them, perhaps you have wanted to try out a sport but haven''t had the opportunity to. We will be exercising, training and joining in with you as you get healthier, fitter & happier.
