To encourage your independence 2. To treat our service users as individuals and uphold and respect their rights 3. To offer choice in all things whenever practical and possible 4. To treat our Service Users with dignity 5. To endeavour to fully understand our Service User needs and enable them to lead a full life 6. To ensure privacy is maintained at all times 7. To ensure that security is never breached • Staff –To strive to achieve the highest possible standards and ensure job security by the following means. 1. Staff training 2. Progressive individual staff development 3. Interaction between Management and Staff by regular meetings and individual appraisals 4. Attaining a recognized Quality accreditation 5. Proper regular reviews of remuneration and Terms and Conditions 6. Ensuring that a policy of equal opportunities eliminates any form of discrimination All Carers are fully vetted prior to appointment and subject to an enhanced CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) check.Carers are all given comprehensive induction training prior to the commencement of duties. Carers are all subject to ongoing training, development and supervision, helping to ensure their continued ability to deliver appropriate quality services. 2. THE SERVICES PROVIDED Wilnash can offer the following services: • Speciality Care: Medication administration, Care Planning, Post Operative Rehabilitation, Dementia, Palliative Care, HIV Aids, Children and Families, 24 hour live in Care, Learning Disabilities, Physical and Sensory disabilities, Mental Health, Drug and Alcohol difficulties, Chronically ill • General Care: Washing , dressing, bathing , assistance with daily living and going to bed • Domestic help: House work, laundry, shopping • Meals : Cooked/re-heated in your own home • Escort duties: Provision of qualified staff to escort and assist you whilst out of your home to ensure your safety • Sit In Services • Emergency Response/ Rapid Assessment These services are provided on the following basis: • 24 hours • All day • Overnight • Twice to six times daily • Once daily • Monday to Friday • Every other day • Weekends • Weekly • Public Holidays The services can be provided to users living in the following areas. The services can be provided outside these areas but the effectiveness of emergency cover and cost need to be discussed to determine viability. • Enfield • Herts • Waltham Forest • Essex • Redbridge • Broxbourne • Hackney • And all the areas between these boroughs and counties
