As PA to their senior actuary her role involved diary and travel management, organising internal and external meetings often involving delegates based in different geographical locations, preparing reports and presentations using Microsoft Word and Powerpoint, collating data using Excel for input into reports and invoices, arranging voice and video conferencing, producing invoices using an in-house system and conducting internet research. She has therefore developed strong computer skills and administrative knowledge which could be used to the benefit of your business.
