Freshly made on the day, we take pride in using only the most natural organic and fairtrade ingredients, including Madagascan Organic pure Vanilla beans, unrefined sugars and locally sourced free-range eggs. Estella cupcakes are happy to work with you directly about any specific ideas or themes you may have in mind and can cater for larger orders such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, special and corporate events... in fact, for just about any occasion. Beautiful stand hire in both vintage and modern designs are also available. Estella cupcakes provides an afternoon of miniature cake delights where you will be given the opportunity to learn all the tricks of the trade of how to bake, decorate and customise your cakes to make them truly unique to you. A perfect event for any budding cupcake maker! The masterclasses take place in the Estella Country Kitchen in Sevenoaks, Kent. (24 minutes fast service from London Bridge) and each class is hosted by Estella Cupcakes founder and cupcake specialist, Natalie Seldon. Estella: the beginning Estella cupcakes is the creative brainchild of twenty-nine year old Natalie Seldon. Born and raised in Sevenoaks, Kent, from a young age Natalie has always had an enthused passion for cooking and baking, in particular for family and friends. In 2001, having graduated with a 1st class degree in Fashion design from Nottingham University, her career turned towards fashion couture under the name of Alexander McQueen. Having realised she still had a burning desire to be a part of the food industry, and following a stint at Leith''s school of food and wine in London, she then went on to work at Conde Nast''s Easy Living Magazine, followed by five years on the award winning Sainsbury''s Magazine, working with the likes of Delia Smith, Jamie Oliver, Heston Blumenthal and Nigella Lawson. At the start of 2010, she then decided to take the plunge and combine these two facets with a generous helping of individuality and passion to create Estella Cupcakes. Since launching, her cakes have received much critical acclaim, appearing in publications such as Conde Nast Brides magazine, Food and Travel magazine, Ideal Home, You and Your Wedding and Delicious magazine. Alongside her growing business, Natalie still enjoys both aspects of writing recipes and food styling for magazine publications. Most recently she was asked to create the ''Ultimate Chocolate Fudge Cake'' for Green and Black''s, The New Collection chocolate cookbook and has just been appointed ''Ambassador'' for Mermaid Bakeware.
