We offer a meet and greet service, key exchanges, all meter readings, photographs and each page of the inventory signed. Staff have undergone extensive training and adhere to the standards set by APIP (Association of Inventory Providers) which allows us to offer a consistent and high quality service.
We can cover jobs at short notice. Our aim is to ensure that disputes between you and the tenant are rare. Our services are even more important in light of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme. If a tenancy results in damage the detailed inventory form (which forms part of the contract between tenant and landlord) removes any uncertainty and without one you expose yourself to financial risk. It also provides justification for any deductions for dilapidations or damage. Our reports can be sent as a PDF file or a bound copy.
