Lifestyle assessment and goal setting, fitness testing, programmes of exercises, healthy eating advice, practical support and motivation to exercise, strength and flexibility exercises as well as exercises for the heart and lungs, such as walking swimming and running. All provided tailored to you and your needs, either in your own home or using the local gym, pool or outside space. Supporting you for as little or as long as you need. Aim to give you the information and inspiration to continue to exercise and live more healthily in the longer term without the continued need for personal training support.
