The Principal of the practice is Graeme Ricketts, who qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1978 and was elected a Fellow in 1989. Graeme has extensive experience gained in both the City and West End of London, having worked for international firms including Cushman & Wakefield. He acquired the business of Clare & Co in 1991 and has since developed its client base through the provision of general practice services along the M3 and M4 corridors. In February 2009 a Farnborough office was opened by David Savage who was previously a Director of Austin Phoenix. David has 28 years agency experience, the majority of which has been spent specialising in commercial property along the M3 corridor.
