We set up a residents groups to bring people together and get to know our neighbours. I was familiar with the issues we had and a residents group was always the quickest way to meet people. I realised after a while they weren?t up to the job and I could do a better job myself for less money.

What we have learnt is conventional management companies? offer appalling customer services, they waste your money by using expensive contractors and don?t consult with you what there doing.
We also often hear from people in London complaining that city living is impersonal, they want to have a sense of community where they live but are either too busy, too shy, or don?t know how to communicate with there neighbours. Managing agents do nothing to help bring people together, which we believe is a crime against community.
