London was once regarded as the heart of the world?s trading industry, with culinary spices being imported from all corners of the world and they once were delivered to a port which in current times is regarded as Tobacco docks.
We at Laksha Bay are trying to maintain that heritage, located just a stone throw away from the dock, we are using the very same spices that was once imported by our English naval ship to create dishes that originated from the southern region of Asia.
Laksha bay offers both traditional styles of Indian cooking with also a modern finesse; this is celebrated throughout our menu and can be noticed in our signature dish Katmundu. Our dishes satisfy the taste buds of all that come through and this is done by using the upmost in authentic and the finest of flavours (which was once imported by our ships) and in addition by the traditional methods used by our culinary experts.
