This includes West Lancashire Flour milled by us on the premises along with various other ingredients in the production of our preserves, confectionery items and biscuits. All of these items are available through our online shop (coming soon), retail outlet, wholesale and through the local and workplace communities. Education and training are key to the understanding of our production methods. This is why we offer a range of small and interactive courses including "The Mysteries of Sourdough", beekeeping, student dining on a budget though to catering business management. With over 60 years of combined experience within food manufacturing, hospitality, catering management and strategic business management we understand the importance of food safety and quality.
