Based conveniently on the outskirts of Woodford Green Essex, just a stone?s throw away from Central London, I work with many clients, with conditions ranging from hyper-mobility, lower back pain, headaches, stress and tension, arthritis, bad posture, and some who have general fitness goals to either run the marathon or simply improve strength and flexibility. I offer a variety of Pilates classes; Privates, Semi-privates, and groups of 3 and 4. One on One sessions are tailor-made to your specific needs and to help you relax and bring focus to your life, by strengthening and toning your body. The classes are fun and enjoyable and the main emphasis is on precision and detail. I have a loyal client base and I stay current with new developments in the field by attending regular workshops and working towards additional certifications. I like to encourage and help my clients to improve their body awareness and alignment and enjoy creating personalised programs to help each client reach their full potential in the studio and then carry over those skills to everyday activities and sports. People fall in love with Pilates, it is addictive.
