My philosophy is helping clients not only reach their goals but in most cases surpass their expectations, initially through thorough movement screens and performance assessments to create an initial evaluation of the client''s wants and needs. After this initial screening stage, we then look at producing an individualised, holistic health and fitness package that suits all the goals of the client. This testing and programming is checked against evidence based research into the most effective ways to train in the sports science and personal training environment. This then leaves best guesses aside and focuses clearly on training strategies that actually work with science backing this up all the way. In terms of services provided, I give one to one, group and express 30 minute sessions. Be it at their home, work office, local park or local swimming pool; training and fitness can be achieved in all environments with Ex-Pro Personal Training.
