Contact us either on the office line or the on-call mobile. Speak to either Trisha, Emma or James directly. Be assured you will not be put through to a call centre. 2. Provide full specification of the role you need filled. We then will evaluate your requirements & quote you our competitive rates. 3. Once a rate is agreed we will send you our Relief Contract which needs to be signed & sent back before our worker gets to site. This can be emailed, faxed or posted back. We will also send you an assignment contract agreeing to the rates & terms of engagement. This protects our clients so that there are no hidden costs. We understand at Swift Wing how time consuming & stressful recruitment can be, as well as having to keep on top of your own position at the same time. This is why Swift Wing exists. We offer a cost effective service that in the long run will save your business time & money. Our service includes:-  • Searching our extensive national database of industry relevant candidates. • Advertising your vacancy on various relevant websites that we pay annual subscriptions to. Thus increasing your chances of sourcing the very best candidates on offer. • Screening, thorough referencing & short listing potential candidates • Provide you with CV''s plus candidate overviews so that you have a basic understanding of the candidate even before they get to interview selection. • We will organise and schedule interview slots on your behalf. Provide job specifications and company information ensuring the candidate is thoroughly briefed before they get to the interview. • We provide full feedback from both the Client and the Candidate. Once again saving your precious time. There is no cost at all to you until (if at all) you offer one of our candidates the job. We charge a flat fee calculated on the candidate’s annual salary. This includes a rebate or a free replacement up to 3 months.
