Rather than standard life coaching I offer a totally unique ''health coaching'' service. I work with people specifically looking to address and improve their health. My role is to put you in a position to meet the health goals (whether it be weight loss or something else) that you have always wanted to achieve. I work in three main areas; diet, exercise and mindset/motivation. The key to my service is that I set a program for you that is specifically designed for you and to fit around your individual lifestyle. It’s not a case of me telling you exactly what ‘the best’ way to lose weight is. It’s about assessing your individual situation and setting up a program that is both REALISTIC AND EFFECTIVE.
