Charlotte Bespoke Pilates Classes starting Wednesday 9 January 2013 7.15- 8pm Elm Grove Hall, Hersham Road, Walton-on-Thames KT12 1LH All levels welcome. £6.50 a lesson or £30 for a block of five. Charlotte has been teaching Pilates for the past eight years, having trained as an instructor after leaving Dance College. She has also taught Pilates to children and is further qualified to teach pregnant and post-natal women. It was while she was at Dance College that Charlotte discovered her love of Pilates and how enjoyable and effective it is in maintaining a healthy body and healthy mind. Charlotte’s philosophy is that the body is a delicate instrument which needs regular tuning to keep it in optimum working condition. Pilates helps to achieve this aim in a gentle, focused way.
