I offer a free, no obligation first session to discuss your needs. Everybody is different and it is important that you feel I am the best counsellor for you.
I work at your pace and in a way which best suits you. This means that I use a range of different therapeutic techniques depending on your preference, style and what you want from your sessions. You may find creative interventions, such as visualisation or artwork, to be particularly helpful, or you may feel more comfortable simply talking things through.
What I provide to all clients is a safe, confidential and non-judgmental environment. Within this setting I aim to encourage, help and support you to learn about yourself and to explore any problems you are facing.
You may wish to focus on specific issues or concerns over just a few sessions. Alternatively, I offer long term therapy for people wishing to explore past events which are still impacting on you today, or helping you to increase your self awareness and enabling personal development.
I am a professionally qualified and registered counsellor. As such I am a member of the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists), abiding by their strict code of ethics and the highest standards of practice and confidentiality.
