The Bridge Team has been providing Psychotherapy & Counselling to clients in the City, Greater London and the South East of England since 1997. Our aim is to provide a broad range of effective psychological therapies covering most typical problems with rapid access to assessment and treatment. Typical problems we work with include stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, bereavement, trauma, addiction and many others. The choice of therapy will depend upon the problem and your preferences. In addition to general counselling skills the team has expertise in CBT - Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, CAT - Cognitive Analytic Therapy, Psychodynamic therapy as well as integrative, existential and other types of treatment. We are happy to see and treat adults, couples and older teens. The Team are all senior therapists with extensive practice experience in the NHS, charitable and private sectors.

The Living Way is a ''not for profit charity'' (registered charity number 1150721) offering accessible and affordable counselling to all. We are a small Sunderland based Counselling Service that offers counselling to all within a Christian environment. Our counselling rooms are within easy access of the city centre. Although our counsellors are Christian, we do not impose our own values or beliefs on clients, but are willing to include the Christian dimensions into sessions where appropriate. Our counsellors have a variety of skills and qualifications and work using an integrative approach. They believe that the most important ingredient in any counselling process is the establishing of a genuine, accepting and warm counselling relationship. Counselling can help with a wide variety of problems and it is our conviction that anyone can benefit from counselling. We all experience difficult times, those seeking counselling may be Christian or of another faith or no faith.
