Richard Withers Sports Massage

50% off your first visit - Sports and Remedial Massage in, and around, Tunbridge Wells. Back and shoulder pain / Knee pain / Sports injury / Massage As an experienced runner and triathlete - two times Ironman finisher as well as countless marathons and triathlons - I know what it''s like to be injured. The pain and discomfort, the frustration at not being able to train properly and the feeling of helplessness when injuries don''t magically fix themselves. Plus, having worked at a desk for many years, I''ve had first-hand knowledge of neck and shoulder pain. These two factors were the driving force behind my wanting to study and train to become a Sports Massage Therapist - I wanted to know why I was getting injured and in pain, and how I could assist recovery and get back to training or at least sit at my desk pain-free! My knowledge and training combined with my empathy and understanding of your injuries allow me to help you get back on the road to recovery. I''m a member of the Sports Massage Association (SMA) and the Complementary Therapists Association (CThA).
