Minerva Simulator Facilities Ltd. was established in 1999 and specializes in the complete design, fabrication, installation and servicing of bespoke fire training simulators. We have worked closely with many different types of organisations to help improve their existing training facilities including fire and rescue services, ministry of defense sites, airlines and airports. Minerva?s directors have a combined engineering experience of 64 years which accounts for our well established reputation in hot fire training equipment and emergency training simulators.
The expertise of our staff ensures versatile, wide ranging simulator designs that complement the different needs of the clients we work alongside. For example purpose built aircraft live fire simulators can equip both air and ground crews to deal with cockpit, fuselage, tail plane, and undercarriage and hold fire plus all types of APU engine fires. Minerva simulators can create scenarios to help train defense personnel to cope effectively when working in confined spaces, dealing with intense heat or toxic substances possibly in engine rooms, mess decks, galleys or passageways.
Minerva uses a pulse jet filtration system which filters the smoke from a training unit to give a ?clean burn? which prevents smoke and gases from entering the atmosphere and releasing CO2 emissions. This allows our clients to provide first class ?real? fire training while at the same time reducing their carbon footprint.
In addition to designing, building and installing these simulators we also offer a range of servicing agreements tailored to suit the requirements of the client. After servicing and providing the simulator is safe to use, we will provide a certificate valid for the agreed service period which is usually determined by the type of fuel used and frequency of use.
