We carry out Inventory reports, Check Ins and Check Outs for rented accommodation which have been developed and tailored to ensure the property is comprehensively reported on The layout is clear with information for all parties and the Check Out reports are contemporaneous to allow easy comparison from start to end of tenancy. They also include information to describe the recommendations we are making e.g. Tenant Cost, Landlord Information and Fair wear and tear. Our clerks are all trained to our own highest standards, ensuring our reporting adhere to that of leading industry bodies such as the TDS. We have ongoing training updates and internal meetings throughout the year to ensure consistency and continuity at all times. We endeavour to cater for all booking requests, whether it be last minute or weekend bookings. Any queries relating to our reports will be dealt directly with swiftly and impartially, using our experience and leading industry knowledge obtained at the TDS academy. Additionally, we carry out mid-tenancy Property Visits on behalf of lettings agents should this be a service you require.
